Rockstars in Training

In case you haven't figured it out already, I LOVE my career. I've never been so excited about any other job opprotunity I've had in my life - ever. Furthermore, I'm quite sure I've convinced all my readers that I practically jump out of bed every morning in my excitement to start another day.

The only thing that makes my day even more stellar is when I have the opprotunity to pour my knowledge, excitement and wisdom on to a new agent. Nothing pumps me up more than to share the excitement of a stellar week in production with someone who is new to the field. To know that we are protecting lives in the process is an added bonus.

I put tons of thought and preparation into each new agent that is brought under my wing. I want them to expereince the opprotunity of a lifetime I've experienced so far and then some. I want them to see first hand the success they can achieve and the life-changing opprotunites that lie ahead of them.

It's a blessing, privledge and honor to work for such an amazing company. It's even more of an honor to be able to work right here in Meridian for one of the best management teams ever. These guys are the real rockstars and my goal is to make them proud and carry on the legacy they will leave behind one day.

Career VS Job

So what's the difference? For years, I didn't know the answer either. It's just been in the past year that I've discovered a career is something you love. Something your great at, something that makes you SHINE. A job is well, just a job and if you spend your days tirelessly watching the clock for your workday to end, then you haven't found your career yet. Below are 5 reasons why I LOVE my career!

1. I get to be a real hero. I protect lives, families and futures. How awesome is that?
2. My co-workers RULE. They are my second family. They are motivators, leaders, rockstars. Their knowledge and wisdom and talent is INSPIRING.
3. This doesn't feel like a J-O-B. I get up every morning excited about going to work.
4. Flexibility. This career has been ideal for this mother with 3 kids.
5. The income potential is RIDICULOUS. Just sayin'. If you have a job, find a career you LOVE.
